Every item is custom manufactured specifically for you. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
3D Printing Characteristics
Our products are created using FDM 3D printing, which builds objects layer by layer. Minor cosmetic variations are normal and may include:
- Visible layer lines
- Slight texture variations
- Small marks from support removal
These characteristics are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Lithophane Image Quality
Lithophanes are produced directly from the photo provided by the customer. For best results, please upload high-resolution, well-lit photos.
Low-quality images may produce reduced detail in the final print and are not considered a defect.
Custom Made Products
All Keepsakes 3D products are made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

- ✕ Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. This includes spelling, image uploads, colours, and product options.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a major manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected item. To request a replacement:
- 1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- 2. Include your order number
- 3. Provide photos of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement part or product.
Product Safety & Care
Some Keepsakes 3D products include LED lighting components used to illuminate lithophanes. For safe use:
- Use only the included or recommended lighting components
- Keep electrical components away from moisture
- Do not modify wiring or lighting components
- Place products on a stable surface
⚠️ Lithophane lights should not be left operating unattended for extended periods of time, including overnight or when leaving the home.
Keepsakes 3D is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper operation of lighting components.
